Our executive team brings decades of proven experience in hospital turnarounds, operations, and clinical excellence. Each leader has successfully revitalized struggling healthcare facilities while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and community service.

  • Radha Savitala

    Chief Executive Officer

    Ms. Savitala is a licensed attorney with over 17 years of experience in healthcare operations, transactions, and regulatory matters. She has worked with large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare technology companies. At Prime Healthcare, she led transactions for over ten years, working closely with senior executives on growth strategies and contributing to the successful turnaround of more than 30 hospitals.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Paul “Butch” Eavenson, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, reimbursement, strategy, and operations. He has served in executive leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and large private physician practices across the country.

    Healthcare Executive

    Valerie “Val” Hennessy, MSN, CNS, CPHQ, has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience and is board certified as an APRN-Clinical Nurse Specialist. She has held executive roles including VP of Clinical Operations, Chief Nursing Officer, and currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Sharon Regional Health System, where she oversees nursing, pharmacy, quality, risk, cardiology, stroke and chest pain programs, respiratory services, and rehabilitation.

    Healthcare Executive

    Bryan Burklow has built his career turning around hospitals and healthcare businesses. He was appointed CEO of Valley Community Hospital at age 27 and rose to become Regional Vice President overseeing seven California hospitals for Summit Health. His experience spans acute care hospitals, regional laboratories, post-acute hospitals, and nursing homes, with leadership roles in two public companies and as COO of a private equity portfolio acquisition.
